Erasmus students, freemovers, students from Eastern Partnerships
The Welcome Center of the International Office has reserved some rooms in different dormitories for international exchange students and freemovers. These are only available to students who have been officially nominated by the International Office.
Students in the Erasmus+ Programme, Eastern Partnerships and freemovers can get a room as long as there is availability. Places are allocated according to the receipt of applications during the application period, on a first come first serve basis. If more applications are received than places available, the IO will not be able to accommodate all students. If you receive a rejection from the IO, you would need to find a room on the private market.
Application deadlines:
For the winter semester: 15 July
For the summer semester: 31 December
Please find more information on accommodation options on the website of the Welcome Centre.
Exchange students within the Weltweit Programme
For exchange students in the Weltweit programme, accommodation in the dormitory is guaranteed if the stay is at least one or two full semesters.
Please find more information on accommodation options on the website of the Welcome Centre.
Additional information
Accommodation will be allocated according to a waiting list. It is therefore advisable to submit your application as soon as possible.
