The new hall of residence in Körpeliner-Tor-Vorstadt opened for the winter semester 2022. Not far from the "Ulmencampus", 70 dormitory places are now located in the direct vicinity of the new Mensa "Ulme". All rooms are furnished, partly barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. The four floors of the hall of residence are connected by an elevator.

The "Starter-Paket" offers everything a newcomer needs in a foreign country: accommodation and boarding, support and advice and the opportunity to get to know the new home.
International students who have not lived or studied in Germany before and have an application of admission at the University Rostock or the Rostock University of Music and Theatre can book the "Starter-Paket".
Applications by short-time students and programme students (ERASMUS; Sokrates) have lower priority in the list. International doctoral students cannot book this service.
