• Standard application procedure

  Application requirements
  Degree students of the University Greifswald, Hochschule Neubrandenburg and Fachhochschule Stralsund are accepted as tenants in the halls of residence run by the Studierendenwerk Greifswald. Other possible tenants are students at other universities who are guest students at Universität Greifswald.

  Application deadline
  There are no application deadlines. Applications are accepted at any time. An early application is recommended, as rooms are allocated in the order of receiving the application.

• Exchange students

  The International Office of Universität Greifswald guarantees that every international exchange student can stay in a room in a hall of residence. The students do not have to apply for a room at the Studierendenwerk Greifswald, but have to indicate in the application process to the International Office that they wish to apply for a room. The Studierendenwerk will then contact each student with a room offer.
