Shared facilities
On three floors, groups of residents share a fully equipped communal kitchen. Showers and toilets are provided on each floor. Coin-operated washing machines and a drying room are located in the basement. There is also a bar, which is run by the residents themselves.
Special features of the house are the numerous isolated music rooms, most of which are equipped with pianos. External music students can also hire a music practice room (any enquiries should be directed to the property management services). A room with a grand piano for practising and concerts completes the facilities for music students.
