The BSEL Mentoring initiative provides students with the possibility to prepare their own personal and professional success at an early stage during the study programme through support of experienced individuals. The Cross Cultural Mentoring establishes supportive relationships between stakeholders from the economy, science, politics and society (mentors) and students (mentees). The CCM thus connects people who otherwise would probably have never met!
