Four-semester study programme
International applicants:
Communication and information technologies are shaping our global society and have a lasting impact on our daily lives. Our international Master of Engineering degree programme in Information Technology aims to qualify both technical specialists and managers in the information technology industry to develop and help shape the infrastructures and devices of the future. In the future, wireless and wired networks will become even faster and even more ubiquitous. Career opportunities are available in the area of research and development of technical systems and in the management of such projects.
The programme is divided into four semesters. Semesters one to three each cover 18 weeks of instruction and project work, and semester four is dedicated to the thesis project (applied research or theoretical project).

International students are allowed to work for 120 full days a year.
Accommodation is provided by state-run as well as privately run residence halls. The university provides useful addresses and advice, but it is the responsibility of each student to secure an adequate residence.
