Courses offered in this year’s Doctoral Summer School
The programme consists of two mandatory courses offered every semester and at least four elective courses during the yearly Doctoral Summer School. The teaching language is English. Courses are usually offered as block seminars for two and a half days. Mandatory semi-yearly proposal defences with your supervisors complement the programme to discuss the current state of the doctoral candidate’s research. Besides, at least one presentation has to be given at a worldwide EBS target list conference. Active attendance at three internal research colloquia guarantees constant exchange with other researchers.
EBS is pure internationality. Whether in the curriculum, English-language lectures or on the intercultural campus, you can feel everywhere that internationality is part of the EBS DNA.
