The programme lasts for three semesters during which the students complete 11 modules and a Master's thesis. The curriculum is semi-flexible, meaning that for each module, the students can choose among different courses. The modules include either lectures or seminars. All seven modules can be completed in the first two semesters of the Master's programme. The Master's thesis will be written in the third semester.
The programme consists of the following modules:

This module is designed to introduce students to advanced empirical research methods in economics and train them to apply these methods to test theories as well as analyse economic policy problems and governance issues.
