Our individual leadership style analysis is a special offer for Executive MBA participants. Format: This part-time programme is designed to meet the needs of experienced executives, professionals and managers.

Teaching staff: The staff includes professors from TUM and other internationally renowned universities. In addition to the main lecturers for each module, the Executive MBA involves numerous other experts from academia and industry who share their experience and create direct connections with the professional environment.
The international experience during the Executive MBA offers exciting opportunities to immerse yourself in and understand other countries from a business perspective. Through pre-selected destinations, the International Management and Intercultural Cooperation module can take place at the university of your choice, potentially alongside participants from the other two Executive MBA programmes. Admission process
All applications must be submitted on time and in full in order to be considered equally. As there are several rounds of applications, we generally consider all applications from one round first before moving on to the applications for the next round. The sooner you submit all your application documents correctly, the sooner we can give you an admission decision.
The programme language is English. Proficiency in English is essential in order to be able to communicate professionally. Skills will be assessed during the admission process, and no test results required.
