The course will offer you insights into European governance by dealing with the competences and decision-making powers of the various bodies. It will also explore issues such as protecting the interests of creditors, shareholders, and stakeholders, and it will discuss the EU's attempts to harmonise national corporate laws. The course includes weekly educational visits to important EU and German institutions, which will offer you an insight into the workings of the EU.

Our "German Culture & Society: Intercultural Perspectives" module will also offer you the chance to reflect on your cross-cultural experiences in greater detail.

Before the start of the on-site programme in Berlin, we will offer a virtual German language preparatory course as an optional add-on. This course is the ideal preparation for your time in Berlin – you will receive fascinating insights into German culture and a crash-course in the German language, all before you have even landed in Germany.
