Description/content

The two-year management course – MSc in Management – International Triple Degree – is a three- or four-semester management course. It is offered as a joint programme of Loyola University in New Orleans (USA), SKEMA Business School in Paris (France) and the LMU Munich School of Management (Germany).

Students spend their first semester (August to December) at the Loyola University in New Orleans (USA). They acquire basic knowledge in different management subjects like financial and managerial accounting, organisational behaviour and leadership, strategic marketing, managerial economics and statistics, and ethics and social justice. Furthermore, these modules will be accompanied by various career management offers.

Students will spend their second semester (January to May) on the SKEMA campus in Paris (France). They will expand their knowledge by attending advanced courses in corporate finance, innovation and entrepreneurship, international project management, strategic stakeholder management and supply chain management.

The third semester (May/June to October) will take place at the LMU Munich School of Management (Germany). Here too, students can expect a wide range of different teaching units. Students will pursue courses like strategic communication, data-based decision making, competitive strategy, and financial risk management. In addition, a consulting project is offered.

With the credits acquired in the first three semesters, graduates receive the MBA certificate from Loyola University New Orleans. However, interested students can write a Master's thesis in the last semester at the location of their choice and thus receive the Diplôme Grande École from SKEMA Business School Paris and the Master of Science in Business Administration from LMU Munich.

Course organisation

The programme is divided into three or four semesters. Within the first three semesters, students can earn a total of 90 ECTS (45 USA credits), thus receiving 30 ECTS (15 USA credits) each semester. With these credits received, graduates will obtain the MBA certificate from Loyola University New Orleans. Additionally, interested candidates are able to write their Master's theses in their fourth semester, which entitles them to receive the Diplôme Grande École from SKEMA Business School Paris and the Master of Science from LMU Munich.
