Description/content

The BA Music Production programme is a playing field for musical all-rounders who want to direct the creative and technical design of songs: from the first idea to the performance or finished production.

The main focus of the study is the combination of sound engineer content with an artistic education in composition and instrumental-vocal music. The work in our studios and at DAWs forms the practical basis for experiencing, training and reflecting on all relevant functions and roles in the music production process right from the first semester.

Additional weekly workshops on a variety of music topics such as songwriting and sound engineering, live panels with music editors, producers, labels and publishers as well as various practical projects in each semester offer the opportunity to try out in front of an audience and to build up a network with representatives of the music business. Professors and lecturers from all areas of the live and recording industry provide support on your own career path.
