Together, France and Germany form the backbone of the European economy. Thanks to their central location and large industrial bases, goods are exported and imported from both markets all over the world. Those who understand their cultures and economies have unimagined opportunities ahead of them – in both countries and around the world. To enable international careers: this is the goal of our Bachelor’s degree course of study in Franco-German and International Management.
The Franco-German Institute of Technology, Economics and Science has been offering the double degree in Franco-German and International Management for 43 years, and it now also attracts many students from other countries in which the two languages are spoken, such as Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria or Cameroon. The programme gives students a particularly broad overview of all of the important different aspects of companies and business. Students will gain in-depth insights into the exciting fields of marketing and sales, IT, controlling, human resources and procurement. This will comprehensively prepare them for a management position in which they will always be able to gauge the impact of their decisions on all parts of the company.
After successfully completing the course of study, graduates will have a wide range of career options open to them, for example in industry, retail and service sectors or public administration. A graduate can start his or her career in the controlling department of an international financial services provider or join the marketing team of an international fashion group. The programme at the Franco-German Institute of Technology, Economics and Science provides graduates with the basics to take up a business management position in an international environment.
