For people who are passionate about technology and science, the Mechanical Engineering degree course is the course for them. In our binational study programme, students are taught the basics and specialist knowledge, improve their language skills and learn how to work in a team in an international environment.
With a German-French Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, the doors to the two largest European job markets will be wide open. Companies in countries speaking these two languages need to tackle the challenges of the future – and they can only do so with technical innovations and international talent like you. Students will undertake a placement in France to get to know the country and gain valuable experience and contacts at an industrial company there.
In the BSc Mechanical Engineering programme, students will receive a solid university education that prepares them to work in the development and manufacturing of new products throughout their entire life cycle: from the planning phase to design and production to the final commissioning of machines or entire industrial plants. Peripheral processes, such as sales, also often provide outlets for engineers and could well be right up your alley if you like dealing with people.
