Welcome to the hidden gem of Lower Bavaria!
The Bachelor's in Sustainable Management & Technology is a study programme of the TUM School of Management, which can be studied exclusively at the TUM Campus in Straubing.
In Straubing, you will benefit from modern teaching rooms and research laboratories within stylishly renovated historical buildings. Furthermore, small student numbers, individual support by professors, short distances, and a variety of student projects ensure optimal study conditions and familiar campus life.
Situated on the Danube River just 130 km north-east of Munich, the city is bursting with medieval charm. Its outstanding Gothic and Baroque buildings make it the perfect place to discover the unique culture, history, and character of Lower Bavaria. That being said, Straubing is by no means just a fascinating historical location: this city charms with its cosy and student friendly atmosphere, buzzing with life and activities.
Straubing is a great place to live in. Rents for apartments are low, and the colourful variety of cafés and lounges (and also a beach bar), combined with the city’s proximity to the enchanting Bavarian Forest and its skiing areas make Straubing a highly desirable location. For relaxation, there’s a great open-air and indoor swimming pool complex with thermal and mineral waters, several gyms and other sports offers, a zoo with more than 200 different species, the former grounds of the state garden show, boat trips on the Danube and excellent cultural life.
