Special features library The KLU library supports the teaching, learning and research activities of the students, teachers and employees through the provision of services which are mainly in English. The stock of the academic special library covers the subject areas of Logistics and Management. There is a wide range of online offers. The online and print collection can be searched in OOPAC. Consultations take place on site or by e-mail or telephone. Library introductions and training in information skills and the use of databases are regularly offered. Group rooms, individual workspaces and search stations are available. more information »

Special features University Sports The university offers its own sports programme. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. Students attending the institution can participate in the university sports programme for Hamburg. The KLU, as a partner university of top sports in cooperation with the ADH and the Olympic training centre Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein, offers one to three sports scholarships (partial / full scholarships) for top athletes as well as discount programs for Bundesliga athletes of various sports. In addition, KLU students have the opportunity to actively participate in various team and individual sports in university leagues, tournaments and university championships. The KLU owns a dragon boat for recreational activities on the Alster and has its own gym with modern equipment directly on campus. more information »
