Description/content

The Master's degree programme in International Management, which is fully taught in English, will further students’ knowledge and understanding of business management structures and industry practices, building upon the foundation already gained in a Bachelor's degree programme in Business.

Aims of the programme

Today’s business environment is characterised by rapid economic change, innovative technological advances, expanding internationalisation and globalisation, and fundamental changes in society as well as its ideals and values. In view of these developments, the Master of Arts in International Management degree programme is aimed at preparing students for future roles in international business management. The programme, which blends theoretical and practical content, enables students to gain the knowledge and skills to analyse the operations and problems of business practice, to develop solutions, and in doing so, to reach beyond their own professional fields.

Students also learn to develop an interdisciplinary and comprehensive management approach, examining the various aspects and perspectives relating to sustainable development concepts, moral and ethical issues of economic activity, and management of corporate social responsibility.

A particular focus is placed on the continuous development of professional, methodical, and social skills to produce highly skilled managers and enhance students' career opportunities.
