SustainMV is structured in a blended format.

Online programme (27 August - 29 August 2024)

  • three days
  • free of charge
  • online seminars, workshops, and lectures provided by all of the participating universities

On-site programme (3 September - 13 September 2024)

  • two weeks
  • registration fee (100 EUR) after successful application
  • seminars, workshops, lectures at all of the participating universities
  • field trips to support the content of the lectures
Target group

International Bachelor's (advanced) as well as Master's students in any sustainability-related subject area

Applications by students from partner universities are preferred.

Description/content

SustainMV is jointly presented by all of the universities in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania ("Mecklenburg-Vorpommern" or MV in German). The overarching theme for this unique course is sustainability in all subject fields. Academics from all MV universities, who are all experts in their respective fields of sustainability, present their work and research.

Online programme: Before and after the seminars, participants will have the opportunity to network with each other and exchange information about the programme content and other topics.
