Description/content

The language courses for students who are not yet enrolled at a German university have two main aims: to prepare students for the DSH exam, which they can take at the University of Münster, and to prepare students for their studies at the University of Münster.
In addition to intensive class work in areas such as text production, listening comprehension, reading comprehension, academic language, and oral communication, we also offer modules which prepare students for their university studies (e.g., Introduction to Studying at the University of Münster, Introduction to German for Specific Purposes, Presentation Skills, Intercultural Study Contexts). The language courses also feature intensive examination practice, phonetics modules, and language learning counselling.
Additionally, students can further improve their language skills in self-study modules (e.g., Understanding Lectures).
